Along with the rapid development of mobile devices in recent years, demand for mobile devices supporting peripherals continue to rise sharply. Aptina as any mobile device chipmakers leading supporter, recently has given its latest image sensor solutions, A-Pix MT9T113 (capable 3 megapixel) and MT9P017 (capable 5 megapixel). Both image sensors have been using 1.4-micron pixel technology.
Aptina MT9T113 A-Pix is a chip with a more affordable price and the solution adopted system-on-chip (SOC) 3 Megapixel. In addition, drivers are also equipped with autofocus (AF) voice coil motor (VCM) and offers support for HD-capable video 720p/30fps. This chip also supports JPEG thumbnails, and parallel interfaces for flexible connection MIPI ISP and Scalado SpeedTags for image management.
Meanwhile, A-Pix MT9P017 chip is equipped with a mobile image sensor capable of 5 megapixel with autofocus and a correction VCM driver dynamic damage two-dimensional (2D).But they can also record HD video-capable 1080p/30fps or 720p/30fps.
